I'M OVER IT!!!

To say the least, I HAVE BEEN STRESSED THE F WORD OUT! I have too much food on my plate and I can't eat it all. So, to help with my digestion I started to say " I'm over it" and I noticed after I said it (note: I didn't scream it. I said it in a very calm tone) I felt a lot better, a lot lighter, a lot more attractive, I just felt A LOT.


So now I offer my stress technique to you.

If someone is stressing you the hell out and you don't want them to get to you. Say "I'm Over it"

If your boss is just not getting the message. Say "I'm over it"

If the rent is due and the lights are out. PAY YO DAMN BILL!!!
